Measures skills development expenditure on black employees as a percentage of leviable payroll. Includes learnership and bursary programmes.
Enterprise & Supplier Development
Combined element covering preferential procurement from B-BBEE compliant suppliers and development of black-owned enterprises.
Socio-Economic Development
Contributions to socio-economic development initiatives benefiting black people. Minimum 1% of NPAT for qualifying contributions.
